This is my best investment to fix my lower back pain. I can feel everything popped back in place just after the first 2 minutes of use. I highly recommend this for people who has lower back pain due to misalignment.
Before you use this, make sure you understand the mechanics of compression and tension, and where you want to apply tension and where you want compression on your spine.

Agree with all the positive reviewers. A few minutes laying on the Spine Worx will massage and relax tight muscles. 10 minutes on this and 10 on my inversion table and I feel an inch or 2 taller without the sore back list to one side. I have a subluxation between vertebrae T5 and T6. Also my spine twists very slightly. The muscles between my shoulders become very stiff and unbearably sore whenever I do something to aggravate it... this can be sitting at a desk too long, or sleeping in an awkward position. It's an involuntary response from the muscles that tries to recompensate for something being out of place. I used to have to go to a chiropractor every week because I couldn't deal with the pain.
