Back Together does exactly what it sets out to do, it provided me and my partner the tools to help each other with our back pain. These tools really are simple and they were very effective. Also, we liked that the program helped us deal with some of the relationship aspects of pain. The DVD itself is beautiful and has great multiple camera angles. The workbook and wall chart were clear, helpful and motivating. The program also got us thinking about our lifestyle and our home and work spaces.

Highly recommend this DVD to anyone interested in methods for back pain relief, therapies, or prevention. Having known my wife for 13 years, she has been through the ringer for her back pain for over 6 of them. This DVD has allowed me to become an active participant in her relief by showing several simple, well layed out techniques to provide a remedy for a lot of her discomfort. I also must espouse its added benefit of allowing her, even with back pain herself, to use some of the techniques on me providing plenty of relaxation and ease on my part! -- Great DVD for couples in pain, or just looking for relief!
