The accumassage was a joke for me, the body back buddy was good, but I wished It was lengthy so I could use my foot. I find the tennis ball a lot more convenient and I can use my hands for my neck. Had to return the product as the accumassager missed a part. I am not reordering it -- Not for me

I bought the body back buddy junior after my physical therapist recommended that I buy a theracane. I have suffered from back pain for several years and have found minimal relief with chiropractic care, massage, and physical therapy. The first time I used the back buddy I thought it was great! I woke up the next morning a little sore where I had massaged, but no different than if I had paid for a professional massage. I used it 2 days in a row and the second day I noticed a dramatic difference in the tension that I feel in my back. My muscles have not felt this loose for years! This product is worth the money and it's great because you don't have to beg or pay someone else to rub your back. I love it! It's a great size if you need something portable. The AccuMassage is also nice for neck pain. I didn't find it to be as helpful with the shoulder areas as the body back buddy, but it did some good for my neck. It's like a giant nutcracker with rubbery golf balls in the middle. 2 great products for a reasonable price! -- MUST HAVE for back pain sufferers

I bought this accumassage and body back buddy jr. combo just after I bought the competition's product called the Theracane.
The theracane is a different version of the back buddy jr. Both are built great though they have different "spokes" for lack of a better word. I personally prefer the theracane, but it is preference only. I can easily see asking a hundred people and getting a hundred different responces as to preference. Now, the Accumassage, this thing is GREAT! What a great idea. Just squeeze your way to a tender neck or calf etc. I bought it as a bonus, and it, suprisingly, stands out as a winner in and of itself.
Either way, buy one or the other back pressure point devices and and accumassager and you won't be disappointed if you like deep tissue pressure point style massages. -- Very well made
