User Reviews about 7 Steps to a Pain-Free Life: How to Rapidly Relieve Back and Neck Pain
This book was recommended to me by my physical therapist. It is clear and easy to follow, but one must do exactly as it prescribes. It is an every day program, but can, at first increase back pain as it involves the surrounding muscle groups. Taking a day off every once in a while is a good idea if you are elderly (I'm 69). -- Clear and doable program for back pain
It seems to work but you have to follow the author's instructions to the "T". -- 7 Steps to a Pain-Free Life
I recently discovered I have a bulging disc; my doctor recommends using the McKenzie method exercises for relief. They really work! -- Relief of backpain
We have used this book on several occasions. It has helped us so much that we often recommend it to others.
I bought several copies of this book so that we can lend it to friends and extended family and still have a copy
at home for us in case of a back or neck "emergency". It gives instruction on helpful supplies, exercises and posture pointers to
keep from getting neck and back pain. There are many pictures to help you visualize what to do. We highly recommend this book. Chiropractors have never been helpful to me, but this book certainly has! -- Very helpful book for us
The book was well written, informative and easy to use. Unfortunately I have scolosis and the ideas and exercises did not fit my situation. It seems to be for normal back pains. -- Barb's review
